Refund Policy
Table Reservations

We do not charge for standard table reservations unless a deposit or pre-payment is taken in advance.

Where a deposit is required, this will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
Deposits & Pre-Paid Bookings

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

Deposits are non-transferable unless agreed in advance.
Late Arrivals

Tables are held for up to 15 minutes after the booking time.

Late arrival beyond this time may be treated as a cancellation or no-show.
Takeaway & Delivery Orders

Once food has been prepared or dispatched, refunds cannot be offered.

If there is an issue with your order (incorrect items, quality concerns), please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.
Events & Large Bookings

Special terms may apply for private events, group bookings, or set menus.

These will be confirmed at the time of booking and override this general policy.
Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date stated.
