Refund Policy

Table Reservations

  • We do not charge for standard table reservations unless a deposit or pre-payment is taken in advance.

  • Where a deposit is required, this will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

 

Deposits & Pre-Paid Bookings

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in the deposit being non-refundable.

  • Deposits are non-transferable unless agreed in advance.

 

Late Arrivals

  • Tables are held for up to 15 minutes after the booking time.

  • Late arrival beyond this time may be treated as a cancellation or no-show.

 

Takeaway & Delivery Orders

  • Once food has been prepared or dispatched, refunds cannot be offered.

  • If there is an issue with your order (incorrect items, quality concerns), please contact us as                                                           soon as possible so we can resolve it.

Events & Large Bookings

  • Special terms may apply for private events, group bookings, or set menus.

  • These will be confirmed at the time of booking and override this general policy.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used before the expiry date stated.
